Awesome location to Beach. Set in a pretty nice area just off a walk on the beach, the Thai restaurant and the bars.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped and unforgettable hotel with the mostly very friendly staff. The room was good sized with the bedroom and lovely balconies, as for instance, had a good night's sleep.  

The food was different, drinks were mixed. We had a huge and absolutely great room with excellent views of the ocean front.

We had an awesome stay for Mexican night.

The à la carte restaurant offered wonderful dishes, and the breakfast was satisfactory. We greatly enjoyed rooms with a king size bed.

Unforgettable and brilliant hotel, we loved it.

The place was fairly clean and staff was fairly friendly and superfriendly. The room was modern and updated, comfortable bed. The lobby bar was great.

Fully equipped place, it was clean and had pretty friendly and superbly friendly staff at the reception desk. This hotel had a beachfront position to be taken to the airport.

We had an awesome stay for our first vacation ever.

The staff was kind, as for 4-stars hotel. The location was stunning and marvellous on beach. And it's within a close distance from El Galeon del Caribe, ate there once or twice.

During trip everything was great and we would return anytime. The location was stunning and favourable, close to the `` buffet '' restaurant, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Furthermore, very close to the airport.  

The venue's position was beachfront. And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from El Galeon del Caribe, ate there couple of times.

Beautiful, well-maintained rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Great food, plenty of options. Deli offers specialty coffees and late-night snacks. Activities for the whole family. Fantastic nightly entertainment. Multiple pools, swim-up bar, hot tub. Private beachfront 

All inclusive service was excellent at restaurants and bars staff very helpful and friendly nice beach and pools very good evening shows good starting point for trips in the region we would come back anytime 

The room service that included in the price is only for eye sight. Very poor menu to choose from and extremely long waiting time makes the whole thing a big disappointment. The texture of the mail pool bottom hurted my feet...

The food was amazing with a smoothie section we loved. The cleaning staff did a great job. We had an amazing time with the entertainment team, they kept us well entertained. I would recommend this hotel. 

Clean place with energetic and kind staff and excellent view of the ocean. Perfect and satisfactory breakfast served with different food. Top-notch service during our stay. Great way to end our trip.

Not that friendly staff!

Its location was marvellous, adjacent to Mexico, restaurants in the city and the beach area. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby. The a double room was huge, had absolutely gorgeous views. Courteous staff specifically
